JESSUP, Md. — The Howard County Health Department has confirmed that multiple people have tested positive for COVID-19 at a hospital in Jessup.
According to their Public Information Officer, Lisa DeHernandez, the outbreak is happening at the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center and those who have tested positive for the virus are both patients and health care workers.
They are still investigating, so an exact number of patients was not provided.
