ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Automobile Dealers Association has announced the closure of sales departments at car and truck dealerships across Maryland, in compliance with Governor Larry Hogan's stay-at-home order.
Sales, will now be made online or by appointment to ensure social distancing, while only essential management and back-office operations will continue, mostly by telecommunication.
Service and parts Departments will remain open, but social distancing guidelines will be enforced there as well.
