$10k donation fulfills Baltimore Humane Society's COVID-19 wish list

BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Humane Society says a $10,000 donation has fulfilled every item on their wishlist of needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thanks to the Towson based Rouben and Violet Jiji Foundation, the Humane Society will be able to provide their sheltered animals with food,vaccinations, medications, cleaning supplies, and other essential items during this time of need.

A foundation spokesperson, said the donation was made to simply ensure that “animals are cared for during this time”.

The Rouben and Violet Jiji Foundation supports causes related to children and animals throughout the community.
