WESTMINSTER, Md. — Dozens are without water services in Westminster following a major water main break late Wednesday night.
The main reportedly broke on Manchester Road between the Utility Maintenance Shop and Water Plant on Lucabaugh Mill Road.
Officials say the water plant is back operating and that water pressure should be returning, just lower than normal.
Carroll County Public Safety is telling area residents to conserve water while crews make repairs.
