BALTIMORE, Md. — A former teacher for Carroll County Public Schools has plead guilty to the production of child pornography involving at least nine young boys.
According to court documents, 40-year-old Kenneth Brian Fischer admitted to enticing young boys to engage in sexually activity with him and took pictures and videos of the act. Fischer used online chats to communicate to the young men in an attempt to get sexually explicit pictures from them.
Detectives were able to find him after undercover agents posing as a minor communicated with Fischer on a gay and bisexual male social media app. Through chats, Fischer tried to arrange a meeting with the undercover agent to engage in sexually activity.
Officers then executed a search warrant at Fischer’s home in Westminster, Maryland and seized different electronic devices. Officials say a search on his cell phone revealed that Fischer had been communicating with five real minors since November 2014 and continuing through his arrest in September 2017.
Fischer is facing a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 25 years in prison.
