Baltimore County will not ask the city to pay back more than $250,000 for assistance during the April riots.
County executive Kevin Kamenetz made the announcement Wednesday. He also said future assistance from the county will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The city was denied federal funding to help with damages sustained. This month, the city paid Carroll County more than $40,000 to cover overtime and equipment expenses.
