Foundlings are newborn babies abandoned by their mother and discovered by other families who take them in.
Three siblings who have never met have been reunited thanks to DNA technology. Even though their biological mother abandoned them, they've all forgiven her and are hoping to come together for a life they may have never had.
One of the abandoned girls is living here in Baltimore.
"She was a beautiful baby adopted right away to a family in Baltimore. Born and raised and living there right now as an artist. Had a great life. Always wanted to know who her birth mother was. That she had been abandoned with the umbilical cord attached just a few hours old outside this market in the early morning hours," said 20/20 anchor Elizabeth Vargas.
