BALTIMORE — An important warning for parents as you do your holiday shopping, the Maryland Public Research Group has released its 34th annual Trouble in Toyland report.

Toys in this year's report include some fidget spinners with high levels of lead, hatching toys that can become choking hazards and recalled toys that are being sold again or passed down.

"Before using an old or a pre-owned toy that's bought online or at a garage sale, it's important that parents take the proper precautions to make sure that this toy has not been recalled," said Rishi Shah, Maryland PIRG Education Fund.
