The Maryland SPCA Wagging Tales TLC program helps teach kids how to safely interact with animals while fostering social, emotional, and literacy skills.
Wagging Tales is available as a virtual program and also taught in schools and as a home school program. The program includes books, online resources, and even a stuffed friend to read to!
The Maryland SPCA is still offering virtual adoptions. Once you find a pet you're interested in, you can have a virtual meet and greet to learn more about the animal and even arrange a contactless pickup.
