“Changing lives for the better” -- that’s the tagline for Fulton Bank. That’s why Fulton is teaming up with WMAR and the Scripps Howard Foundation to sponsor the station’s annual ‘If you give a child a book’ campaign. It’s an effort that’s literally putting books into the hands of children who might not otherwise have them.
