Many people are taking their holiday shopping online this year, and small businesses are hoping for a big holiday push as they recover from the impacts of COVID-19 shutdowns. However, a recent survey found that prior to the pandemic, online 1/3 of small businesses had a website, and even less had an online shopping platform.

Facebook Shop allows small businesses to offer products through their Facebook and Instagram pages, and tools like stories and going love can help provide behind the scenes content and extra deals for savvy shoppers.
