DogFest is Baltimore Humane Society's largest fundraiser and community event.
The event will take place on the no-kill shelter's beautiful 365-acre property on Saturday, September 21, from 10:00am-4:00pm.
Last year they welcomed almost 5,000 animal lovers to this unique event, which encourages individuals and families to enjoy a day full of games, contests, activities, food and fun. Dogs will be able to play in the swimming pool and sand pit, participate in several exciting games and contests, including a lure obstacle course and a Costume Contest, juried by a panel of celebrity judges and hosted by national comedians. In addition, there are vendors, food trucks, rescue groups with adoptable pets, an enormous agility yard, and a large kids section.
The event also features the DogFest 1 mile walk through the wildlife sanctuary.
