Baltimore County Together

and last updated

Baltimore County Together launched in April as a community resource to support with the COVID-19 crisis.

The program allows people to purchase significantly discounted fresh produce kits that are distributed in weekly "pop-up markets" at 20 locations throughout the county.

The pop-up markets provide a safe way to acquire groceries, as volunteers load up the orders directly into cars and the website coordinates all pick-up logistics. The program is also raising money and providing the ability for supporters to sponsor families and emergency workers so that those in need can participate free of cost. To date, over $130,000 has been raised and more than 5,000 families have been served.
