Thanksgiving might be a little smaller this year, but you'll almost certainly still have leftovers.
Get creative and turn your leftovers into Thanksgiving nachos! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then layer on your favorite leftovers like mashed potatoes, turkey, sweet potatoes, and even gravy! Add jalapeno or chipotle powder for some spice, and don't forget the cheese!
