BALTIMORE — Thursday morning's commute on I-83 started with a large traffic backup.
It's because a trash truck collided with the back of a tractor-trailer between Belfast and Mt. Carmel Roads.
Hereford Volunteer Fire Company said the trash truck operator was trapped for about 90 minutes.

Once crews made the rescue, the driver was flown to Shock Trauma.
There is no update on their condition.
