BALTIMORE — An investigation is underway after skeletal remains were found inside a vacant home in East Baltimore.
Police tell us a construction worker first made the discovery on April 10.
The rowhome in the 2200 block of E. Fayette Street is currently being rehabbed, which until now made it unsafe for investigators to enter and recover the remains.
Detectives are still working to determine whether the remains are that of a human or animal.
