BALTIMORE COUNTY — All roads were reopened Friday following an investigation of a suspicious vehicle in Rosedale.
According to police, the incident occurred in the 7300 block of Philadelphia Rd.
Baltimore County Police say the vehicle has been deemed non-hazardous and there is no threat to the public at this time.
