Police have arrested and charged 38-year-old Roderick Johnson, 41-year-old Janson Williams, and 46-year-old Amy Blische.

Police are investigating an armed carjacking that happened Wednesday night near the Towson Town Center.
Around 11:15 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road for a report of an armed carjacking.
Police say the suspects assaulted the victim before stealing their victim before stealing their vehicle.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
