DAMASCUS, Md. — An overnight Sunday crash leaves a man dead in Damascus.
Montgomery County Police discovered a Honda Civic overturned in an embankment near the intersection of Route 27 (Ridge Road) and Kings Valley Road.
The driver, who'd been thrown from the vehicle, was found lying in the roadway.
Evidence located on scene suggests alcohol played a factor.
The driver's name was not immediately released.
