Baltimore County’s New Americans task force announced its new Welcoming and Belonging Strategic Plan today.
The goal of the program is to let all new Americans know that they are a vital part of America’s tapestry.
The plan seeks to do this by including immigrants in Baltimore County’s political process at the cabinet level.
Furthermore, the strategy aims to tackle the financial and social obstacles immigrants face once in the U.S. by making resources available for new American businesses.
