CECIL COUNTY — A major crash occurred this morning around 6:30 am in the Perryville area of Cecil County.
The NB lanes of I-95 have been closed between MD-222 and MD-272. The SB lanes were closed between MD-272 and MD-222 due to a medivac landing, but have reopened.
Traffic is backed up in both directions so you can use US-40 for you alternate. If you were planning on taking the Tydings Bridge, consider the Hatem Bridge or the Conowingo dam instead. Stay with wmar2news for the latest details.
