BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a car accident that occurred last night on the 400 block of South Monroe Street.
On the scene, officers confirmed that a 29-year-old man driving a Toyota was unresponsive behind the wheel.
He was later pronounced dead after medics drove him to an area hospital.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 31-year-old man, was conscious and declined medical attention.
