JetBlue offers free flights to families of Orlando shooting victims

JetBlue is offering free flights to and from Orlando to the family members and domestic partners of those killed during Sunday’s nightclub shooting.

The airline said it will offer free seats on all available flights and a fee waiver for customers traveling to and from Orlando who need to make last-minute plans.

“This weekend’s events are felt by all of our 19,000 crewmembers, many of whom live in, work from and travel through Orlando,” JetBlue posted on its website. “We want to do our part to help the victims of this tragedy, as well as support the Orlando community through this difficult time.”

JetBlue also plans to provide a donation program to assist crewmembers affected by the shooting. A charitable donation will be made to support the victims and their families.
