NORM! You can't help but scream his name when you see this little doggie.
Unfortunately, he wasn't always a happy little pup.
When he was dropped off at the Maryland SPCA on Falls Road, you couldn't even tell he was a dog. He was hurting. He was neglected, possibly abused.
But, the volunteers never gave up. They helped nurse to be healthy enough for adoption.
Carol and Rick of Joppatowne brought little Norm home. They didn't think he'd made it long, but love has a way of turning your life around.
Suddenly Norm started growing hair, eating, and he began to thrive. It's amazing, when the sun comes up it beams through Carol and Ricks living room window. It forms a halo on the floor. Little Norm will lay in that circle of light.
For all that little Norm has gone through it is fitting that he is the Chair Dog of the March for the Animals on Sunday at Druid Hill Park.
