Meet Manuel, a one-year-old male tabby who would make a purr-fect addition to anyone’s family.
He is extremely affectionate and outgoing once he gets to know you. The fastest way to Manuel’s heart is a long session of scratching behind his ears. When Manuel wants more loving, he’ll let you know by chatting with you or giving you a gentle head butt.
Manuel was surrendered to the Maryland SPCA because his owners no longer had time to take care of him. He previously lived in a household with school-aged children and has been around other dogs.
