Birth and postpartum doulas help to support expecting moms, partners and family through the birthing process and postpartum recovery.
GBMC has a variety of doula options to make life easy for mom and baby. A birthing doula will advocate for health and well being during the birth experience, and provide nursing and other support in the hospital after baby comes. GBMC also offers in home postpartum services. These doulas will help with postpartum care for mom and baby as well as meal prep, laundry, errands, housekeeping, and other duties. GBMC even has overnight care!
