Chef Egg hosts fun, interactive cooking classes for all skill levels. Fundamentals taught in Chef Egg's classes can be easily transferred to your own home and recipes. 

Fall in France will feature  roasted beet and citrus salad with mustard vinaigrette, fall garden ratatouille​​​​​, butter and wine poached salmon, and a plum, goat cheese, honey and herb tart.
