A special girl was matched with a special dog in California to make the perfect pair. The moment Julia's mother laid eyes on a puppy named Walter, she knew he was perfect for her daughter.
Both Julia and Walter are deaf. So Julia is training Walter with the language she knows -- sign language. She's taught him to understand the gestures for sit, food and water.
