Check out some of the best brunches in Maryland

Posted

It's the perfect way to spend a weekend morning. Sleep in a little, roll out of bed and head out to grab a late meal. It's not quite breakfast and it's not quite lunch. It's the super popular brunch!

If you've been looking for a new spot to check out, OpenTable can help you out.

OpenTable put out its list of the top 100 brunch restaurants in America and Maryland had 9 places the list deemed worthy of checking out.

The list is based on more than five million diner reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants across the country.

Only 26 states and Washington, D.C. had restaurants that made the cut. Five of ours are right in Baltimore.

City Cafe, The Food Market, Gertrude's, Rusty Scupper and Woodberry Kitchen all in the City got nods for their delicious brunch selections.

Iron Rooster in Annapolis was also mentioned as a top spot in our state.

Clyde's of Chevy Chase, Founding Farmers in Montgomery County and Tower Oaks Lodge in Rockville also made the list of brunch spots in Maryland.
