New developers in the White Marsh area decide against building an outlet shopping center.
Atapco Properties and Chesapeake Real Estate Group say their intention with 52 acres of land is to instead build warehouses for retailers.
The land is located at Route 43 and Interstate 95.
The plan is to have some offices and retailers as well.
