Everyone wouldn't mind having off on Friday. One company in New Zealand is granting this wish for its employees.

Perpetual Guardian, a firm that manages trusts and wills, gave their employees a four-day work week while keeping their normal salary.

The company says productivity shot up, more people showed up to work and almost everyone started their shift on time.

The firm said the two-month trial was so successful they're hoping to make the change permanent.
