A man is charged in a deadly hit and run crash in Harford County.
Joseph Bryant, 19, was arrested Thursday morning at his home.
He is charged with homicide by motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent manslaughter by vehicle, reckless endangerment, and other traffic-related charges.
Maryland State Police say Bryant hit and killed Cristobal Martinez, 31, on November 24.
Martinez was found injured on the shoulder of Route 24 in Edgewood. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
MSP found a silver 2014 Kia Forte on the scene of the crash. They were able to link it back to Bryant.
Bryant faces up to $30,000 in fines and more than 40 years imprisonment if convicted.
