HANOVER, Md. — Copper Canyon Grill wants you to know, they’re open for business.
The restaurant, on Arundel Mills Boulevard in Hanover, opened for the first time Wednesday. It offers fresh, chef-inspired American cuisine.
The Arundel Mills shopping district location is the fourth by Columbia-based Blue Ridge Restaurant Group.
Copper Canyon Grill is offering a limited menu, operating at 50% capacity, and following health and safety guidelines to keep patrons safe.
"We take our precautions with the masks and the gloves and all of the sanitation practices,” said Erick Cooper, the Director of Operations. “The main thing is making sure you still feel like if you’re going to brave dining out in COVID you want to make sure you feel safe, but at the same time enjoy a dining out atmosphere."
The restaurant also offers curbside pickup and delivery. It also has limited hours during Covid-19 restrictions. It will be open Wednesdays to Fridays from noon to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 8 p.m.
