Caffeine isn't the best appetite suppressant

A cup of coffee isn't that effective in reducing your appetite. 

The new study found participants ate 10% less at breakfast if they drank a small amount of caffeine, but that didn't happen during the other meals of the day.

The participants in the study compensated for less calories during their first meal in later meals.
