BARCS has waived their adoption fees from Friday, September 21 to Sunday, September 23.
The organization says that it has taken in over 130 animals in just 2 days and will need the help of the community to bring an animal home because they are running out of space.
The fee applies to the 301 Stockholm Street Shelter in Baltimore, plus offsite store locations.
The adoption process remains the same.
