Baltimore murder suspect found dead in Anne Arundel County

Severn, Md. -

A man wanted for murder in Baltimore is found dead in the woods in Anne Arundel County.

 

Joseph Masilek, 45, was found Thursday morning.

 

The Anne Arundel Police Department received a call for a man with a rifle walking into the woods behind 2600 Annapolis Road in Severn.

 

When officers arrived they found a man dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was just 5 feet into the woods.

 

The man was later identified as Masilek.

 

He was wanted for the murder of Robert Breen.

 

The two men got into an argument and police say Masilek shot Breen in the face. This happened on October 3 in the 5500 block of Summerfield Avenue in Northeast Baltimore.
