Autism Speaks Walk raises over a quarter million dollars

Posted

More than $260,000 was raised through the Autism Speaks Walk this year in Baltimore.

Around 2,000 people came out for the event Sunday morning at Towson University's Johnny Unitas Stadium.

This was the walks thirteenth year.

Immediately following it, Towson's volleyball team played their annual Autism Awareness game.

WMAR-2 was a proud sponsor of the event. Our own Skyler Henry and Mallory Sofastaii emceed the event.
