A man wanted in the shooting death of a state delegate's grandson was arrested Monday morning on the Eastern Shore.
An arrest warrant was issued for Raekwon Thornon earlier this month.
He was wanted in the death of Tyrone Ray, Del. Talmadge Branch's grandson.
Ray was shot and killed in the 4200 block of Nicholas Avenue in Northeast Baltimore on September 4.
Baltimore Police believe Ray was targeted but have not said why.
Del. Branch is the Majority Whip in the Maryland House of Delegates.
