BROOKLYN PARK — On Sunday, January 5, 2020 at approximately 1:15 a.m., 20-year-old Elias Armando Maldinado Garcilazo was shot and killed as he was walking home in the 300 block of Audrey Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
The Anne Arundel County Police is offering a REWARD of up to $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of Elias Garcilazo.
