Michael Phelps announces second child on the way via Instagram

An Instagram post has all of us splashing for joy for Michael Phelps and his family. 

The Olympic swimmer posted on Tuesday that he is having a second child. 

 

Number 2 on the way!!!! So excited!! Wonder if it's a boy or a girl??
