At the Lois Harvey Miller Infusion Center at GBMC, pharmacists, techs, nurses work together to offer outpatient infusion services.
Pharmacists work on-site and act as a second layer of checking to ensure the correct dosing is being administered and protocols and schedules are followed appropriately.
The Infusion Center sees almost 50 patients a day for chemo, IVF, antibiotic, and other infusion treatments. Patients can also visit the center for Fast Track injections.
