Maryland's Chief Judge suspends all jury trials until April 3

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Amid concerns over the coronavirus outbreak, Maryland's Chief Judge has suspended all Circuit Court civil and criminal jury trials from March 16 through April 3.

Judges will now hold hearings to re-schedule trials for those that were pending during the affected time period.

The Court of Appeals has also suspended all non-essential judicial activities during that time frame including limited travel and education.
