The Frederick Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a gas station that left an employee shot.
According to officials the incident happened at the Exxon located in the 400 blocck of South Jeffereson Street.
Officers say a woman employee was shot during the robbery and was transported to a area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are now searching for the two robbers who they believe are armed.
