BALTIMORE — An investigation is underway after a 3-year-old died inside of an East Baltimore home on Sunday.
The incident reportedly occurred just before 9 a.m. at 22 N. Port Street. Medics responded to the location and pronounced the toddler deceased.
Baltimore Police say there were no present signs of foul play, and the incident is being considered a questionable death pending further investigation.
It's unclear what led to the toddler's death and additional details are still limited at this time.
