More than 1 million people are expected to purchase a drone this holiday season. Beginning today, you'll have to register your drone with the FAA.
Registration is $5, but that fee will be waived for the first 30 days.
You must be at least 13-years-old to register online, and you'll have to provide your name, home address, and email address to complete registration.
Failing to register your drone could result in fines and criminal penalties.
