Hungry Harvest founder gets $100K on Shark Tank

A local entrepreneur appeared on Shark Tank last week, asking for a $50,000 investment in his company, Hungry Harvest.

He got an offer for $100,000, and 10 percent of the company.

Founder Evan Lutz offers fresh produce deliveries and for each box purchased, another is donated to a family in need. His business has 600 subscribers right now, but Lutz wants to expand.

Hungry Harvest currently delivers throughout the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas. According to their website, they're opening locations in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Richmond and New York soon.
