51% of people say they're satisfied with their jobs, according to a survey by The Conference Board.

It released its findings on August 29, 2018.

1,500 employed people were asked questions about their jobs.

The majority of people said they were satisfied with their commutes, are interested in their work and are happy with their jobs' physical environments.

However, those surveyed say they aren't happy with their workloads, job training programs, performance review processes, bonus plans or promotion policies.
