Zipcar announced it is expanding in Maryland.
On Monday, the company said it partnered with the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) to add 15 Zipcars to eight rail stations along the Light RailLink, Metro SubwayLink and MARC Train lines.
The Zipcars are available at the following locations:
- Light RailLink
- Mount Washington
- North Avenue
- Metro SubwayLink
- Mondawmin
- MARC Train
- Dorsey
- Halethorpe
- Laurel
- Odention
- West Baltimore
Zipcar members can reserve a car through the app or online at the stations listed above and use the car by the hour or by the day. Reservations include cost of gas, maintenance, insurance and 180 miles of driving.
