Kids II recalled about 680,000 Oball Rattles due to a choking hazard Thursday.
The company said the clear plastic disc on the outside of the ball can break and release small beads that could choke children.
Kids II received 42 reports of the plastic disc breaking, including two of beads found in children’s mouths and three of gagging.
