A lot of mixed reactions when IHOP switched their name to IHOB earlier this summer.
The temporary switch was done to recognize the chain's new angus beef burgers. It looks like the move paid off.
According to Business Insider, the increase in burger sales at IHOP contributed to a significant increase in lunch and dinner sales.
During the fiscal quarter IHOP was known as IHOB, the restaurant quadrupuled the number of burgers sold.
Burgers and pancakes will both be sold.
